  6. Coordination of projects in required departments and authorities.
  7. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.
List of required documents:
  • Passport copy of the owner of the object for which the project is developed.
  • The copy of the identification number of the owner of the object for which the project is developed.
  • Technical passport on the object for which the project is developed.
  • Original certificate of the object characteristics.
  • Original legal documents confirming the title to the land.
  • Original Power of attorney (for the representative).
  • The original of the project to be registered and coordinated.
  • The original of the passport of the facade finishing to be coordinated.
  • The original of the general plan of the plot to be coordinated.
Consultation of the lawyer on coordination of projects is performed only by appointment.
