  • Technical passport for property.
  • Original certificate of the object characteristics.
  • Original of the agreement of the house building.
  • Original legal documents confirming the title to the land.
  • Original Power of attorney (for the representative).
  • The decision on renaming the streets (if required).
  • Copies of passports of neighbors-witnesses.
