Obtaining permission of architecture

  7. Obtaining the intermediate conclusion from from the Department of architecture and urban development.
  8. Preparation of the document for preparation of the building project.
  9. Approval of the project with all the required city communal services.
  10. Coordination of the general plan and the project facade finishing passport with the department of architecture and urban development.
  11. Obtaining the complex conclusion from the Department of architecture and urban development.
  12. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.

  • Copy of the Owner’s passport.
  • Copy of the owner’s identification number.
  • Copy of the existing technical passport.
  • Copy of the object legal documents.
  • Copy of certificate of registration of legal documents on the property.
  • Copy of the land legal documents.
  • Copy of the certificate on assignment of cadastral number to the land plot.
Consultation of the lawyer on obtaining permission of the department for architecture is performed only by appointment.
