Transfer from the non-residential into the residential fund

Work plan:
  1. Consultation.
  2. Concluding the contract for the provision of legal aid.
  3. Collection of the required documents.
  4. Drafting the required procedural documents.
  5. Preparation of the document set to be submitted to the Department of architecture and urban planning.
  6. Approval of the document set in the Department of architecture and urban planning.
  7. Preparation of the package of documents for production of the project on transfer from not residential to housing stock.
  8. Approval of the project with all the required city communal services.
  9. Support at the conclusion of the author's supervision contract.
  10. Support at the conclusion of the technical supervision contract.
  11. Support at the conclusion of the contract on the construction works with the Contractor.
  12. Support at the conclusion of the contract on shared participation in the development of the city’s infrastructure with the City Council.
  13. Obtaining the permission from the Department of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine for the object reconstruction.
  14. Obtaining the document on commissioning of the object which is transferred from the non-residential to the residential fund from the Department of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine.
  15. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.
List of required documents:
  • Copy of the Owner’s passport.
  • Copy of the owner’s identification number.
  • Copy of the existing technical passport.
  • Copy of the object legal documents.
  • Copy of certificate of registration of legal documents on the property.
  • Copy of the land legal documents.
  • The certificate that there is no debt on utility payments in relation to the property which is transferred from the non residential to the residential fund.
  • Information about the purpose of the object which is transferred from the non-residential to the residential fund.
Consultation of the lawyer on the transfer from the non-residential to the residential fund is performed only by appointment.
