  13. Registration of the Lease Agreement with the register.
List of required documents:
  • Passport copy of the applicant.
  • Copy of the identification number of the applicant.
  • The copies of documents confirming that the applicant is the taxpayer.
  • Information on the designated use of the land plot.
  • Pre-project development for the object to be placed on the land plot, which is allocated for commercial activities.
  • Related documents required for the Lawyer’s work.
Consultation of the lawyer on allotment of land for commercial activities is performed only by appointment.
