  4. Preparation of the package of documents for drawing up the testament.
  5. Drafting the required procedural documents.
  6. Support in course of drawing up the testament.
  7. Registration of the testament.
  8. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.
List of required documents:
  • Passport copy of the testator.
  • Copy of the identification number of the testator.
  • Technical passport for property which the testator bequeaths.
  • The legal document for property which the testator bequeaths.
  • The document on the land share which the testator will bequeath (if any).
  • Copies of financial contracts which the testator will bequeath (if any).
  • The passport copy of the person to whom the property will be bequeathed.
  • The copy of the identification number of the person to whom the property will be bequeathed.
  • Copies of documents of confirmation of relationship (if any).
Consultation of the lawyer on preparation of the testament is performed only by appointment.
