List of required documents:
  • Passport copy of the owner of the object.
  • Copy of the identification number of the owner of the object.
  • Copies of legal documents on the object which is located on the site, planned to be transferred to lease.
  • The copy of technical passport for the object which is located on the site, planned to be transferred to lease.
Consultation of the lawyer on preparation of the land lease agreement is performed only by appointment.
