  8. Registration of documents with the Mykolaiv Interdistrict Technical Inventory Bureau.
  9. Changes in the apartment area.
  10. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.
List of required documents:
  • Copy of the Owner’s passport.
  • Copy of the owner’s identification number.
  • Copy of the existing technical passport.
  • Copy of the object legal documents.
  • Copy of certificate of registration of legal documents on the property.
Consultation of the lawyer on registration of the balcony is performed only by appointment.
