Preparation of the reconstruction project

Consultation – informing the client about the mechanisms and ways to solve any problem, as well as the availability of opportunities to achieve a particular goal; it is aimed at clarifying the client’s situation, as well as providing information about the eventual legal consequences. Work plan:

  3. Collection of the required documents.
  4. Drafting the required procedural documents.
  5. Preparation of the document set for the City Council.
  6. Receiving preliminary conclusion on development of the project of reconstruction.
  7. Receiving topographical survey for development of the project of reconstruction.
  8. Support at the architect’s attendance and measurements of the object.
  9. Preparation of the package of documents for the architect who will make the project of reconstruction.
  10. Legal support at production of the project of reconstruction to be performed by the architect.
  11. Coordination of the project of reconstruction with department of architecture and urban development.
  12. Obtaining the complex conclusion on the approval of the project of reconstruction.
  13. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.
List of required documents:
  • Copy of the Owner’s passport.
  • Copy of the owner’s identification number.
  • Copy of the existing technical passport.
  • Copy of the object legal documents.
  • Copy of certificate of registration of legal documents on the property.
