  4. Drafting the required procedural documents.
  5. Preparation of the appeal petition.
  6. Preparation of documents and submission to the court.
  7. Representation in the appeal court.
  8. Obtaining the appeal court decision.
  9. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.
List of required documents:
  • Copy of the appealer’s passport.
  • Copy of the appealer’s identification number.
  • The original decision of the court of first instance.
  • Copies of case papers of court of first instance.
Consultation of the lawyer on the appeal is performed only by appointment.
