  3. Preparation of the alimony recovery claim to be submitted to the court.
  4. Representation in the court.
  5. Collection of the required information.
  6. Drafting the required procedural documents on the case.
  7. Obtaining a court decision on the recovery of alimony (court order).
  8. Signing the act of acceptance of legal services provided.

  • Certificate confirming that the child receives a higher education (must be 18+)
